We have been in business since 2002 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 20 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.

As the Managing Broker and Owner of Metes & Bounds Realty, LLC, David has over 25 years of experience and is a highly accomplished professional in the real estate industry. He has been recognized as Managing Broker of the Year and has held leadership positions in prestigious organizations such as the Metro South Association of REALTORS® (MSAR) and the Metro South Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Governmental Affairs, where he monitored legislation and political actions affecting real estate and personal property rights. David was the President of the Metro South Association of REALTORS and the Metro South Women's Council of REALTORS. David was also appointed as the Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) to a U.S. Congressman, for the National Association of REALTORS®.

Also, as a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, David had the privilege of working with numerous real estate investors and property management firms over the years. His experience in this field has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and goals of these stakeholders, and to develop effective strategies and solutions to help them achieve success. Whether its providing guidance on investment decisions, conducting market research, or managing day-to-day operations, David has always been committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed his clients' expectations. Through his passion for real estate and dedication to excellence, David has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and partner to those looking to navigate the complex world of property investment and management.

David's expertise in real estate also led him to serve as a Programs Coordinator for the County's Housing Authority, overseeing the Clayton County Foreclosure Resource Center. Under his leadership, the Housing Authority received a National Award of Merit. David is also a Certified Facilitator and a sought- after keynote speaker on the status of property values and current market conditions. He has spoken at numerous events and organizations, including the Atlanta Regional Commission, National Archives, Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, Metro Fair Housing, and various other Real Estate related events.

Beyond his professional achievements, David is a United States Army veteran and a committed member of his community. He and his wife, Tammy, have four children, and they reside in Hampton. David has received multiple accolades, including the President's award, REALTOR® of the Year, and the J.L. Christian Award. He was also appointed to the Clayton County Tourism Authority and Conventions Business Bureau as a Board Director by the Clayton County Board of Commissioners.
